We are requesting that medical records be sent to us via electronic means wherever possible.

We currently have a 6 week wait for telephone appointments, with a turnaround of 3-4 weeks for preparation of the report.

For reports that don’t require an examination, the turnaround is 6-8 weeks following receipt of instructions.
